Tattoo Deposit Agreement – Design Policy

By submitting a deposit, you agree to the following terms:

  • All designs are created in my unique artistic style. It is your responsibility to review my portfolio and ensure that my style aligns with what you’re looking for before booking.

  • The deposit covers the time spent preparing your custom design and securing your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you decide not to proceed with the tattoo.

  • Design work includes one minor revision only. Minor revisions are defined as small changes (e.g., adjusting placement, resizing, or tweaking an element—not full redesigns).

  • Requests for additional revisions or major changes will require an additional design fee or forfeiture of the original deposit if declined.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the design and choose not to move forward, the deposit is still forfeited for time and creative labor rendered.

By continuing with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

  • Deposits
    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations
    Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Preparation
    Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and fed. Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
